So, a bid to do the fourth of July is, huh? Well, the holiday might as well be easter for my consideration. Sure launching what would be as close to mechanations of war, or as close to one as the law will allow, into the air -aimlessly, is fun. But what real purpose does it have.

Today we who were born in the Union should be giving thanks to those that have passed and those that are prepared to pass on to the next life for this great big bully of a world-power that we call home.
in 1776 many brave people gave their souls launching those 'fireworks' into the air so other not-so brave souls could win a war that had been waged for quite a time.
