A truely thankful Thanksgiving

This year, this Thanksgiving is one of the few Thanksgivings I am truly thankful to have. This was the first Holiday in the last nine years. This year I had the whole day off. I never take time off from work, in fact I ask for time. I don't take my breaks, and I rarely leave the floor for my lunch. I am a workaholic. I want to give my kids all the best things in life. This time I realize one thing that I am overlooking is myself. I can be the best thing I could give them, if I would just take some time out of my busy schedule to be with them.
I am thankful that I have my girls. I am glad I have a holiday to spend with them.
